Employment in Britain ( SECOND ONE)

There are some policy to deal an organisation which influences on employment. These are:

First of all, an organisation should be well-planned, mutual-understanding with others , are reliable and fairly constuctive to apply their action in various levels.

At the second place, they must have an effect and complete accountibility on all areas of activity and assure officially authorized requirements.

At the concluding stage, an administration should make an effort to create a positive correlation between the employer, the employees and their legislative bodies.

There are some key issue of work in UK are also important factor for the management.

Firstly, the employment process considers differently such as between blue collar and white collar, between skilled and unskilled, manual and non-manual workers. The major issue is that social skills which are also more important in Britain. For example, caring jobs, dealing with clients and customers, organising people are the social skill levels of employment. According to the employment survey in Britain, 46 percent of employees were occupied in social skill employment. Of them, most of them are women who are 57 percent in such work.
However, the number of men are 32%.
Secondly, it unites some specialist experts or consultants who are involved with employment, and duration, repetition, suddenness as well as source differ the qualities of work. When organisations are fallen in various kinds of problems, they follow some regulation to solve the tasks and also spend much time in regular works.

On the other hand, in a specific work, less time is spent on the basis of conscious and organised plan. Besides, managerial level workers spend massive time for accounting and give explanation what they make in familiar affiliation. Moreover, substantial options are taken to be something done and also made some restrictions to consult different types of issue related to employment.

An employer has to look forward to finding out some evidence of qualification, skill and after all, experience that employees will be able to apply in a real situation.

There are clearly a number of considerations of an employee when making a decision to accept an offer to do a job.
To begin with, salary is important, but employee need to include it with other considerations such as benefits, working hours, work environment and opportunity for career development.
If the salary is not what they guess or do not get any additional benefits and chance for career mobility, then employee should be taken a right decision which they need before accepting a job.
